Holistic Reflexology

Reflexology is an alternative therapy that has it ‘s roots in ancient cultures. They linked the soles of the feet with maintaining the physical health of the body and sought to map them so that the pressure in specific parts of the foot is reflecting in the corresponding part of the body to which it is addressed  and to act beneficially and effectively. It is also known that most of the nerves  endings are located in the feet, the soles of the feet and the toes , with the result that the massage of those areas has a corresponding effect on the other muscles and organs of the body. It gives a complete feeling of relaxation and relief from pain and fatigue.
